Seaview is a lovely town that is uncommercial where the homes vary from classic to modern. Life is relaxed at the beach. You can tell you’re in Seaview as the streets are paved with a distinctive brickwork pattern. There are about 360 homes in this community. The spacious marina is maintained by the Seaview Association and accommodates about 60 boats used seasonally by its residents. They also manage the children’s playground and wading pool where kids gather for swimming lessons. There are six tennis courts, a ball field, community house, the Serber Memorial Park and doctor’s office.
